Intermediate Is enjoying our last day of starbase, we focused on restraint systems and how to make landing safer. Students were given several supplies and has to use them to keep their egg from cracking upon contact. Students also graduated the program and were given a coin to signify their hard work. We missed a few weeks because of COVID but it has been a great program for hands on learning as well for science & math appreciation. We hope our students enjoyed their time in the program.

Picture retakes for the high school and junior high are tomorrow, December 8th, in the gym lobby from 9-12! This is for traditional, as well as distance learners. If you are a distance learner and would like to take advantage of this, it is suggested that you come from 9-11 to avoid the lunch crowd.

Dear McLoud Family,
We are pleased to inform you that current Covid numbers among our staff have declined to the point where we feel we can safely return to “business as usual” next week. Our current plan is to return to in-person instruction Monday, December 7th.
Our ultimate goal is to keep the District operating traditionally with in-person services through the remainder of this semester. To assist us in achieving this goal we are asking that PK-3 grade students wear masks while at school. This is in addition to our mask mandate for 4-12 grade students. We hope this extra measure of precaution helps limit exposure to COVID19 and other viruses thus allowing us to continue traditional instruction.
All winter sport participants will be allowed to have two guests at each home event. These guests will sign in at the entry gate. Masks will be required as will the regular admission fee. Temperatures will be taken at the time of entry. We are establishing these procedures in an effort to limit the spread of Covid 19 while allowing our athletes to participate.
Please continue regular hand washing, wearing a mask while in public places, and social distancing. As always, thank you for our continued support as we work together to navigate this situation.
