season pass header

McLoud Athletics is happy to be offering student and family season passes for the 2023-24 school year. Here are more details about the passes:

1.  How much are the student passes?  $30.00 for the season pass card and $1.00 to enter each event.

2.  How much are the Family passes?  $180.00 for the season pass that allows access to entry for *home athletic events for the year.

3.  Why do I need a pass?  Due to rising official costs, ticket prices will be increasing this year.  $7.00 for general admission, $5.00 for Student/Senior/Military.  Season passes allow an economical way for individual students and a family of four to attend Redskin home games.  Additionally, extra gates may be added to events to allow pass members to bypass long lines.

4.  What type of events do the passes work at?  All regular season athletic home events where McLoud is the sole competition host.  For Example, McLoud is the co-host of specific tournament competitions, and since the money is split, passes will not be allowed.  The passes do not include archery tournaments.  The passes are only good for grades 7-12 contests.  There could be unforeseen contests not listed that the District Athletic Director will be the final decision of pass usage.

5.  Who qualifies for a Family Pass?  The Family Pass was intended for immediate families but can include members beyond the home location, Grandparents, etc.  Four cards will be issued with a code directly associated with the family members designated at the time of purchase.  For example, Family Pass 2C will allow entry for Grandparent John Doe.  Pass Cards and ID will be required at entry for verification purposes.

6.  Are Family Passes for ALL sports my only option for Season passes?  Yes, for the 23-24 school year, the school year-long pass will be the only option.  Individual sports passes are part of the conversation for upcoming years but not for 23-24.

7.  If we purchase a Family pass and my student is part of the four designated members, will we still need a student pass?  No, students included in the Family pass do not need an additional student pass.  Additionally, students who have a student pass and are content with paying $1.00 per event will not need to be added to the Family pass.

8.  Do athletes need passes?  Maybe, of course, athletes do not pay for entry into their participating contest but will need to purchase tickets for sports outside of their participating sport.  For Example, John Doe plays football and will not need a ticket for his games but will need tickets for the Basketball events they do not participate in.

9.  Do McLoud employees need to purchase a pass?  Employees can attend free of charge athletic events in grades 7-12 with a valid school ID.

10.  How can I purchase passes?  Family passes can be purchased at the McLoud Central Office 233 S. 4th Street Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Student passes can also be purchased at the exact location, but additional options may become available later.  Checks or exact cash will be required.  All sales of passes are final, and refunds will not be distributed.

11.  Can passes be revoked?  Unruly visitors are always subject to removal from the contest and have the potential to be banned from future visitation at events.  Of course, this is the last option, and money for the pass will not be refunded.  Students will follow guidelines given for behavior in the student handbook and can face disciplinary action, including revocation of the ability for he/she to enter events.  Fraudulent entry through exchanges of passes will result in immediate dismissal and the elimination of the pass.

12.  Lost/Stolen/Forgotten Cards?  Replacement cards will cost $5.00.  Cards will not be issued at the event and must be replaced at the exact purchase location before entering the desired contest.  The total admission price will be enforced without verification of the pass card.  Passes not physically present and displayed at entry will pay the full price.  It is not the school’s responsibility to keep track of the passes.

13.  Can I take a picture of my Season Pass and display to gateworker?  Since ID is required for adults entering, a picture capturing the pass will be accepted but ID must be presented.

Hope to see you at the games!
