This update was provided by the McLoud Police Department: The individual that was arrested on Tuesday has been released from jail. For reasons we do not know, the judge dropped the threat charge. We were assured that the individual would not be in the McLoud area for at least three more days. School officials have trespassed the individual. Therefore he is not allowed on any school property.
