McLoud Athletics will not be offering sports physicals at the school this year. However, students may get a physical taken on June 20 and June 27 at Ortho Central. June 20th will be at their Midwest City office, 1624 Midtown Pl, Suite A, Midwest City, OK 73130 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. June 27th will be at their Norman office, 3400 Tecumseh Rd., Suite 101, Norman, OK 73072. Students will need to bring their own OSSAA physical form. Please complete the information and questions on the OSSAA form prior to the physical evaluation.
The cost of the physical will be $20 and no appointment is necessary. Make sure to tell them that you are a McLoud athlete because they will make a donation to McLoud Athletics based on the number of our athletes that get a physical. Completed physical forms need to be uploaded to the student's FamilyID account or they can be given to any coach.
